Wile E. Yote Poses For Local Shutterbug

Photo: Jeremy Mullin

Suburban “Wolf” aka Canis latrans, also called prairie wolf or brush wolf or, more familiarly Wile E. Yote.

Jeremy Mullin captured this portrait of a four-legged neighbor and was captivated by how the color of his coat blended with the landscape, all by design, of course. And then this feller stood there and posed for him…

We won’t share the location as some folks don’t feel as kindly to Mr. Yote as those of us who have lived with them in harmony for years. Thanks, Jeremy!

My kids love seeing them – our neighbors completely lose it when one is around. They’re from Georgia.
