There are quite a few electric vehicles zipping around Moraga and town leaders, as part of a stated effort to boost their Climate Action Plan, hope to install two dual-port charging stations to accommodate them.
The Town announced its purchase of the stations from SemaConnect, Inc. earlier this year. One will be installed in the Town Offices lot at 329 Rheem Boulevard while the other is destined for the main parking lot at the Moraga Commons on St. Mary’s Road.
The two stations, purchased by the town for $18,640, are expected to be operational later this year.
Nice.
Will parking be for the exclusive use of EVs?
