“What’d I See?” – Minor Injuries For Lafayette Pedestrian After Near Miss Tuesday

We dispatched Flash Alerts for what we knew of an attention-getting scene on Moraga Road at School Street Tuesday night but have been getting additional questions throughout the day.

Chief Ben Alldritt confirms that a woman pedestrian was struck by a car at that location, suffering minor injuries to her lower legs, and that she was transported to a local hospital for observation/treatment.

The chief did not say what happened to the driver of the involved car and no cause of the crash was provided.
