Sheriff’s deputies responding to reports of a robbery underway at a bank in Alamo Plaza, 3100 block of Danville Boulevard, at around 4:08 p.m. Tuesday were furnished descriptions of the suspects and a license plate number upon arrival, police said Wednesday.
Local law enforcement was notified of the incident and a Contra Costa County deputy sheriff spotted the described suspect car heading north on I680 – stopping the car near the Buskirk Avenue offramp, according to police and witnesses.
The three occupants in the vehicle were eventually identified as being involved in the bank robbery, investigators said, with money and other property reportedly recovered from the car.
The suspects were arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
They are identified as:
- Jesus Aguilar, 31, Walnut Creek. Aguilar was booked on the following charges: robbery, conspiracy, ID theft, possession of stolen property, and probation violation. He is being held in lieu of $255,000 bail.
- Ryan Pritchett, 26, Martinez. Pritchett was booked on the following charges: robbery, conspiracy, receiving stolen property and probation violation. He is being held without bail.
- Susan Martin, 40, Auburn. Martin was booked on the following charges: robbery, conspiracy, ID theft, and receiving stolen property. She is being held in lieu of $255,000 bail.
