Fire at a one-story strip mall on E. Prospect in Danville damaged six businesses and grew to 2-alarms before crews were able to knock it down Monday night. The fire at 120 to 140 E. Prospect was reported at 9:52pm. The cause is under investigation and no estimate of damage was given.
