The bar scene at Fuego Tequila Grill will be curtailed indefinitely since the business was served a liquor license suspension for violating the Beverage Control Act on March 5.

Notices of the suspension went up just recently with no word from the owner as to next steps.

When a business’s liquor license is suspended, it must immediately cease all alcohol sales, service on the premises for the stated period – in this case indefinitely – with failure to comply possibly resulting in permanent revocation, fines, and criminal charges

Fuego opened at its currently location, 1359 Locust Street, in 2015. The business offered an extensive menu of Tequila and other cocktails, and also offered a lunch and dinner menu.

Went there a long time ago and never felt the urge to go back. It’s too bad, restaurants and retail are really suffering.
