Do you think Highway Patrol at some point would lower the speed limit in this stretch of highway 24? Every time it rains there is 6-10 crashes a day between Orinda and Pleasant Hill
Anyone have any thoughts on Clark’s suggestion? Our immediate take is the speed limits are pretty much universally ignored by a large segment of the driving public… and that most people should know you cool your jets in inclement weather. But, yessir, we seem to get more than our fair share of collisions out there when it rains.
