Sun Valley Mall Shooting Victim Dies In Hospital

Concord police, in a released posted through social media Thursday, announced that a man mortally wounded during a shooting at Sun Valley Mall on New Year’s Day had died of his injuries.

The unidentified victim, believed to have been shot while reportedly coming to the aid of a robbery victim inside the mall, died at a local hospital, according to police.

Investigators said police have a suspect in custody in connection with the shooting and that the case remains open and under investigation.

      No good deed goes unpunished and no good comes from shopping at a mall. Online shopping is the only way to go.

    So if my marriage and drivers license from California is good in Arizona, why isn’t my Arizona CCW license good in California? Not saying it would have saved this guy, but being armed might have persuaded the shooter to choose a different option. RIP

      If I had to pick between the wife, car or concealed weapon I’d have to go with the former as most dangerous.
