Neighbors Report Burglary, Attempted Burglary In Walnut Creek Neighborhood Tuesday

Residents reported police activity in the Northgate neighborhood Tuesday after a trio of burglars successfully breached one home and are believed to have attempted entry on another.

Local skywatchers reported the presence of a fixed-wing aircraft over Arbolado Park from approximately 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and neighbors reported the trio at work off Sutton Drive.

It was not immediately known if any arrests were made, the extent of the loss to the homeowners, or if this group bears any similarities in methods to another trio reportedly at work in the 24/680. Descriptions remain slim at this time.
