DESCRIPTION:Yours Humanly\, a global nonprofit that transforms the lives of
  children in need through the power of education\, is holding its 2025 Gi
 ft of Schooling Gala\, presented by Law Offices of James A. Bach\, on Sat
 urday\, March 29\, 2025\, at the Blackhawk Museum\, 3700 Blackhawk Plaza C
 ircle\, Danville\, California. Attendees will include San Francisco Bay Ar
 ea leaders and advocates in private\, public\, and nonprofit sectors who r
 ecognize the power of shared generosity and who support causes benefiting 
 children.\n\nFunds from the gala will support Yours Humanly's educational 
 projects and programs that benefit underserved children in Cambodia\, Indi
 a\, Nepal\, the Philippines\, and the United States. Since its founding in
  2013\, Yours Humanly has served more than 43\,000 children\, and by exten
 sion\, their families and communities.\n\nThis year's theme is A Formal A
 ffair With a Multicultural Flair! In keeping with its mission to elevate 
 the lives of children in need around the world through the power of educat
 ion\, Yours Humanly is celebrating global customs and cultures\, and the m
 any connections people make during their lives. Attendees are encouraged t
 o celebrate multicultural connections by dressing in formal wear or accent
 s that represent a special cultural bond they treasure\, either through pe
 rsonal heritage or world travel.\n\nFestivities for the fun\, formal affai
 r begin at 5:30pm with a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception\, and inclu
 de dinner\, silent and live auctions\, live entertainment\, and dancing. A
 lex Savidge\, KTVU Ch. 2 anchor\, is the evening’s emcee\, and Kimberly 
 Vernon\, Miss California\, is one of the evening’s guest speakers. Adon
 al Foyle\, former Golden State Warriors player and founder of the Kerosene
  Lamp Foundation\, is this year’s Yours Humanly Leading With the Heart H
 onoree\, recognized for his inspired vision and leadership on behalf of ch
