Forest Home Farms Historic Park
You are invited to join the San Ramon Historic Foundation for this annual fundraising event. Proceeds will be used to help restore the historic Boone House on this park site. This 16-acre park was bequeathed to the City of San Ramon by Ruth Boone in 1997 in honor of her husband, Travis Boone. The site includes the Glass House built in 1877 and the Boone House built in 1900. There are 14 outbuildings/barns which vary in size and purpose including a barn originally built (and recently restored) from 1850 to 1860.
