 . This free event brings together\nlocal organizations\, healthcare provid
 ers\, and community resources to\nhelp seniors\, families\, and caregivers
  connect with information and\nservices that support healthy living and we
 ll-being. No reservations\nare required.\nWhile we offer health and wellne
 ss resources for all ages\, many focus\non seniors and caregivers\, includ
 ing information on Medicare\,\ntransportation\, assisted living\, nutritio
 n\, fitness\, and more. The\nevent will also feature free haircuts\, along
  with opportunities to\nspeak directly with local healthcare providers\, n
 onprofit\norganizations\, and community partners.\nWhether you are looking
  for resources for yourself\, supporting a\nloved one\, or simply interest
 ed in learning more about healthy aging\nand wellness\, the Health Expo pr
 ovides an opportunity to discover\nlocal services and connect with organiz
