UPDATE: City officials said they were able to correct the issue and get traffic flowing again at 8:08 p.m.

Heavy rain, limited visibility, and other factors have combined to make driving a little dodgy for some in the 24/680 on Election Night.

Pleasant Hill was by no means the only unpleasant location, however, as other crashes and outages had similar effects on Highway 24 in Orinda and other roadways.
