    • The DA charged him with several serious felonies, Jeff.

A 211 collar means at least a two year bid (typically in the 3-6 year range, depending on mitigating / aggravating factors), but the firearm enhancement will likely tack on a few more trips ‘round the sun. If prosecutors tack on conspiracy and California Control of Profits of Organized Crime Act charges (a veritable certainty assuming all the Rolex stickups are related), he’ll likely do at least a dime on a level 4 yard.

      • Campo,

As I recall, no firearm was used at Macy’s and lately those “if” charges never happen. He’ll be out in six months, if he does any time at all.

  1. There were two other suspects. My husband and I were outside of Macy’s when this went down. 3 total, all masked, gloved and they all had hoodies on too.
