Walnut Creek police announced the arrest of a fourth suspect on charges stemming from the November 20 mass theft at the Walnut Creek Nordstrom store.

In a release issued Wednesday, investigators said they arrested Jordan San Felipe, 21, of Antioch on Tuesday, the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s office reviewing the case and charging San Felipe with four felony counts of robbery, burglary, possession of stolen property and retail theft.

The Antioch man is suspected of being one of approximately 80 individuals who massed in Walnut Creek and stole an estimated $130,000 worth of goods in a coordinated shoplifting incident police say appeared to have been organized online.

San Felipe was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility and is believed to be in custody there.

      • Abe,

Becton will be more proactive for a short time. The populace is outraged and she’s seen the potential recall of SF’s DA. How long this will last is unknown, and she would still rather prosecute a cop over any criminal.

  1. 4 down, only 76 to go!
And I don’t believe that DA Becton’s supposed tough new stance will last…. It’s only because the heat’s on from the public. She’ll return to her love of criminals as soon as she can. Remember billionaire liberal activist George Soros funded her campaign, as he did Chesa Boudin in San francisco, and George Gascon in LA, All have been disasters for the public safety.

  2. I gets weary, and sick of trying
I’m tired of livin’, but I’m scared of dyin’
But ol’ man Soros, that ol’ man Soros, he just keeps rollin’ along
