Newsies and Foodies:
As we enter the holiday season, I offer a creative holiday presentation idea I have used over the years.
Use fresh sage leaves, cranberries and fresh goat cheese (as the glue), to mimic holly leaves and berries. You could use ACTUAL holly leaves and berries, but they are not always available. This is an alternative using commonly available ingredients.
Use to decorate cheese displays, antipasto platters, buffet presentations or whatever would be appropriate for the idea.
