Rough and tumble night in our valleys as the rains lifted for a night before settling in to give us a soaking.
Pamela Dunn, she of the NEWS24/680 “22 Pamelas” supplied this photo of Walnut Creek stretching at sunup this morning and it was prettier than photos we have of a fatal crash after a terminated police pursuit in San Pablo this morning, and others we have of Mail Raiders working the area this season.
On the “Good News” front we were very pleased that another Pamela brought her bumper crop of citrus to share with readers – who jumped at the opportunity. Our thanks to Farmer Pamela and if she chooses to out herself and give her full name she may, of course, but we’re protective.
That was fun.
Umm, crashes on key roads, some minor crimes and major questions to stories hanging in the wind and lot to do before the downpour hits later this morning but, for now, we’re taking a moment to admire the sunrise – thanks to another member of “The Pamelas.”
