The 5th Annual Disability and Access and Functional Needs Forum is a FREE Contra Costa County event to learn more about emergency coordination planning for community members with disabilities and access and functional needs. The morning-only forum includes Vance Taylor of the California Office of Access and Functional Needs as keynote speaker, plus panel presentations on communications; transportation and evacuation; and care and shelter. Resources, raffle prizes, and complimentary breakfast.
