Does This Mean We Have To Call Him Cabo Charlie?

Our very own Chef Charlie Vollmar of Orinda and our “DigiBites” offering is off refreshing his batteries and recipe book with the family down in Cabo San Lucas these days and he sent in this picture of the local cuisine – just to tease us, of course. We almost shorted out our keyboards when this came in – there’s something about good Mexican cuisine that gets our salivary glands working overtime.

Chef Charlie will be back soon, rested and ready to rock his kitchens locally and abroad, we’re sure. We tried to convince him to stuff this dish and a few others into a FedEx box and to ship it northward via Next Day but apparently it’s Margarita Night in Cabo and The Chef is off to sample more of the local fare.

Perhaps we’ll get a picture of him in the obligatory tinfoil hat.
