Car Rams A Home On Glenside Drive In Lafayette Thursday; Driver Pinned In Car

Police and fire personnel are on scene and attempting to extricate the driver of a Ford Mustang that rammed a home in the 600 block of Glenside Drive Thursday. The rescue is underway (8:30 a.m.) as this is written.

The crash was reported at 8:15 a.m.

UPDATE: Firefighters were able to extricate the driver of the car at around 8:30 a.m. and are working to secure, board up the structure. The driver is being taken to John Muir Hospital with unknown injuries.

  1. Of course it was a mustang. If you did a search for videos of “mustangs crashing”, you’ll no longer wonder why. Let me put it this way: It’s not the car’s fault.

  3. I have a great sense of humor… for things that are funny. I don’t see anything funny about this story. Innocent lives could be lost.
