Walnut Creek real estate agency Armian Group LLC has finalized the sale of a 9,474 square foot office space at 1820 Bonanza Street with former owner/occupant Horner & Singer moving out and making room for incoming tech firm One Planet Ops, Inc.

The off-market purchase was negotiated to give One Planet – a technology company operating several businesses in the online home improvement, real estate, and automotive industries space – further room to grow, according to the agent company.

One Planet was reportedly attracted to Walnut Creek by the area’s talent pool, comparatively lower housing costs, its access to mass transportation, and the lifestyle living and working here affords.

The sale was cited as the latest of several high profile arrivals by world class retailers and corporations who have chosen to base their offices or businesses in Walnut Creek.

  1. I have to admit I’ve never heard of them but I’ll be checking them out. I think it’s a natural fit for tech to settle in Walnut Creek. It will be interesting to see if more come.

  2. Given the sky high prices I’ve seen in Palo Alto I’m surprised more tech people aren’t relocating to places like Walnut Creek.
