10 o’clock in the morning is just a little early to be hammered in my humble opinion.
I have personnally seen and reported at least two shoplifters at CVS – it seems to be a regular thing.
Has the press or police ever worked out how much crime is directly related to the presence of BART in our area?
By that you mean people using BART to “commute” here to commit crimes or crimes committed on BART property? Auto burglaries and such? We would imagine BART PD has crime stats for their stations and system. How it’s broken down may provide the answers you seek.
