Moraga police are investigating a residential burglary on Betlin Place, reported Monday, August 15, after the homeowner returned to find that someone had slipped inside the residence and made off with a number of items from the bedrooms.
Officers determined that the home was unoccupied between 9:35 a.m. and 12:45 p.m., with the resident discovering that entry had been made and items taken when she returned at 2 p.m.
The resident determined that the thief or thieves forced open a bedroom window to gain entry.
Police are proceeding with their investigation into the theft.
