A Message from Moraga-Orinda Fire Chief Stephen Healy:
All Fireworks are illegal in Contra Costa County and within the Moraga-Orinda Fire District. Due to the severe drought conditions in our county, residents are reminded that any spark can start a large vegetation fire that can quickly lead to property damage, injury, and even loss of life.
Please immediately report any fireworks activity to local law enforcement.
