Burglars and petty thieves appear to have descended on Danville last week, engaging in a rash of criminal activities – some of which ended with some of them being arrested. It’s hard to get a handle on why these “crime spikes” occur, but they do, and those unlucky enough to have been victimized are not happy about it.
