Danville Weekly Crime Logs – Suppression Effort Keeps House Burglars At Bay

A recent enforcement effort intended to reduce the number of residential burglaries in town appears to have done the job as those who break into other folks’ homes apparently went elsewhere to do it last week.

But, as anywhere, that doesn’t mean Danville was entirely crime free, hard as the police are trying to make it so.

  • Feb. 4 – 1:31 a.m., Unauthorized possession (unknown if car) San Ramon Valley Blvd. and Iron Horse Trail
  • Feb. 4 – 9:37 a.m., Battery, 800 block of Hartz Way

Accident w/Injury

  • Feb. 1 – 9:12 a.m., Railroad Ave. and School St.
  • Feb. 6 – 11:08 a.m., San Ramon Valley Blvd. and Hartz Ave.

Burglary

  • Feb. 3 – 2:20 p.m., Costco

Car Theft

  • Feb. 2 – 10:59 a.m., 200 block W. El Pintado Rd.

Grand Theft

  • Feb. 3 – 8:39 p.m., (Bicycle), 300 block Windchime Dr.

Theft from Vehicle

  • Feb. 1 – 11:08 a.m., 600 block of Rock Island Cr.
  • Feb. 2 – 4:18 a.m., 100 block of Clydesdale Dr.
  • Feb. 6 – 9:34 a.m., 500 block Garden Creek Pl.
  • Feb. 6 – 9:09 a.m., Grand Theft, 300 block of Corrie Pl.
  • Feb. 6 – 1:10 p.m., 500 block Garden Creek Pl.
  • Feb. 6 – 3:19 p.m., 400 block of La Gonda Way

Identity Theft
