Danville Police Seek Armed Robbers – Rolex Taken Wednesday

Danville Police officers are investigating a Wednesday afternoon armed robbery, where an individual was robbed of a watch at gunpoint.

Lt. Allan Shields said the incident occurred at approximately 3:07 p.m. in the 100 block of Alamo Springs Drive. The victim was approached by the suspects who pointed a gun and demanded the victim’s Rolex watch. The suspects then fled the scene in a late 90’s silver Mercedes with yellow paper license plates at front and rear. Witnesses describe the suspects as 2 to 3 African-American males, believed to be late teens.

No further details available at this time. The investigation into the incident is continuing.
