In Lafayette, The Locals Take A Holiday – Crime Does Not

The summer months are traditionally meant for taking a holiday in Lamorinda, with many families heading off and out of the 24/680 for time in exotic locales. Bad guys – who know that folks are out of town and who like to work in warm weather – do their worst in summer and police are committed to stopping them.

While attention has been drawn to several high profile accidents on Lafayette roads police have been busy elsewhere in the city, too. Here’s a breakdown of crimes handled by the men and women of Lafayette PD last week:

Battery
