Walnut Creek Police say they have located a missing “at risk” person:
John Carhart is an 84-year-old white male, 5’11, 165lbs, grey hair, blue eyes, last seen wearing tan long sleeve shirt, gry sweats and grey slippers. He was last seen at 9:45 a.m. Thursday at his home in Walnut Creek. Mr. Carhart suffers from dementia.
He is driving a 1988 grey Mazda 929.
