Saw four very young looking kids handcuffed on the curb there yesterday. They didn’t seem very concerned.
Broad daylight. Wow. How old were these kids?
From Martinez?
That’s awful young to get started with an arrest record.
We visit Martinez a lot in like the old town feel. What’s it like to live there?
Burglary seems to have replaced “after school job” for some kids.
