UPDATE: This person has been located by Moraga police and is safe at home.
Moraga police were called out Thursday to help look for a woman in her 70s who appears to have wandered away from her home near Camino Ricardo and Hardie Drive.
The woman is at-risk due to dementia. She was last seen wearing a sweater and dark pants. Neighbors may see a police canine team in the neighborhood as they assist in the search.
