Walnut Creek police are seeking information from the public after an armed robbery at the Freebirds World Burrito restaurant at 1512 Geary Rd. Friday night. There were no reported injuries.
Walnut Creek police were dispatched to the restaurant at 10:26 p.m. after a suspect described as a black male in his 20s, small build, pulled a gun on employees and escaped with an undisclosed amount of money. Employees said the gunman was wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
