SHARE
Cougars and Wildcats meet again.

With deja vu in play yet again the Cougars of Campolindo will meet the Wildcats from Marin Catholic at Diablo Valley College on Saturday in a cat fight that could send the locals on to a state champship bid.

Both teams carry impressive records into the contest, with Campolindo perfect at 13-0 (6-0 in DFL play) and Marin Catholic at 10-3 for the year. Marin Catholic arrives for Saturday’s bid for the CIF North Coast Section Division III title after its latest win over Rancho Cotati (28-6) while the Cougars come to DVC fresh from an offensive battle with Analy which ended with a 62-46 win for the boys from Moraga.

In recent years, The Coogs eked out a title win over Marin Catholic in 2011, with the Wildcats making the NCS brackets the last three years, taking the title in 2012.
