Quiet suburban landscape? Not lately, Danvillians, as local police run to calls reporting bombs bursting in air both real and threatened.

Here’s a breakdown of significant incidents handled by the men and women patrolling the mean streets of Danville last week. Pyrotechnics seem to be the order of the day as the Fourth looms – but at least one person dialed in a threat of an explosives device and don’t think local police don’t take these things seriously these days.

Here’s a listing of significant incidents reported between June 8 and 14:

Bomb Threat

Reported at 1:58 p.m. on June 13 in the 3400 block of Camino Tassajara

On June 10 at 6:02 p.m. at the Danville Starbucks store

On June 11 at 10:35 a.m. in the 100 block of Pulido Road

On June 11 at 11:56 a.m. in the 9000 block of Crow Canyon Road

On June 12 at 8:32 p.m. in the 300 block of W. Meadows Lane

 

Residential Burglaries

On June 10 at 12:58 p.m. in the 100 block of Franciscan Drive

On June 14 at 12:44 a.m. in the 10 block of Macomber Way

On June 14 at 2:38 p.m. in the 900 block of Ocho Rios Drive

 

Commercial Burglaries

On June 13 at 11:54 a.m. in the 100 block of Maiden Lane

 

Auto Theft

On June 9 at 9:42 a.m. in the 4000 block of Skylark Lane

On June 13 at 2:24 p.m. in the 200 block of Valley Creek Lane

On June 9 at 11:37 a.m. at Diablo Vista Park

On June 9 at 15:18 p.m. in the 800 block of Matadera Cr.

Fireworks/Parties/Noise Complaints

On June 9 at 11:41 a.m. for a juvenile disturbance at Charlotte Wood School

On June 10 at 8:27 a.m., unknown ordinance violation in the 40 block of Marseille Court

On June 10 at 10:47 p.m. for a loud noise complaint at Tassajara and Liverpool Street

On June 12 at 11:43 p.m. in the 1400 bock of Harlan Drive

On June 14 at 4:22 a.m., loud music at San Ramon Valley High
