Walnut Creek continues its Centennial Celebration when the summer kicks off with its 33rd Annual Art & Wine Festival offering two action-packed days of fun for the entire family.
The festival runs 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sat., May31 and 11 a.m. -6 p.m., Sun., June 1, at Heather Farm Park at 301 N. San Carlos Drive, Walnut Creek. Admission is free. More than 200 arts and craft booths, 100 wines and beers, beer garden, two stages of music and entertainment, traditional grape stomp, huge children’s area, food booths and more are spread throughout beautiful Heather Farm Park. Over 100,000 attendees expected over the weekend.
The festival features two stages of live entertainment featuring fave local cover bands including Sun King, Journey Revisited, Fleetwood Mask, Aja Vu, Petty Theft, and Zebop. Also playing are local school bands, a Dixieland Jazz Band, Bluegrass, Fu Man Chu Fusion Jazz and more.
