The Lafayette Police Department is requesting assistance in locating a missing 54-year-old Middle Eastern man who is considered at-risk. Hassan Hosham was last seen at approximately 3:30 p.m. leaving his home on Wilkinson Drive near downtown.
Hosham is believed to be on foot in the area. He has a shaved head, is 6-feet tall, 210 pounds, believed to be wearing a brown baseball cap, a grey V-neck sweater, khaki pants and may be carrying a blue lunch box and purple water bottle. He suffers from a learning disability.
UPDATE: 9:02 p.m. – Mr. Hosham has been located and is safe.
Residents are asked to search the area surrounding their homes for this individual.
