Moraga police are investigating the burglary of a home in the Moraga Country Club, looted early Monday morning by burglars who ransacked the home without being seen.
Officers were called to a residence in the 1800 block of St. Andrews Drive at 9:30 a.m. Monday, the homeowner reporting that thieves had made off with electronics, jewelry, and watches of unknown type – all without attracting attention.
Officers determined that the thief or thieves entered the home through an unlocked bedroom window and ransacked the residence. Officers attempted to locate fingerprints but were unable to find any. There are no known suspects or witnesses, they reported.
The value of the property taken was not immediately given.
