Changes proposed for Walnut Creek’s Broadway Plaza will make a last stop before Planning Commission this week on their way to the City Council.
The Planning Commission will hold its final public hearing on proposed changes contained in the Broadway Plaza Long Range Master Plan 7 p.m., Thurs., Nov. 21, in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 1666 N. Main St., Walnut Creek.
The Long Range Master Plan is designed to provide for the shopping area’s future growth and includes such proposals as an additional 300,000 square feet of new, rentable floor area and new parking garages, along with landscape and hardscape improvements.
The Planning Commission will consider the plan’s Final Environmental Impact Report and whether to move the plan forward to the City Council for consideration and possible adoption.
