If you have critter lovers on your holiday list then check out the gifts available at Lindsay Wildlife Museum’s Annual Holiday Sale.
Animal-inspired selection includes games, cool science kits, whimsical animal clocks, beautiful jewelry, puppets, puzzles, wildlife books, great new apparel and more.
The sale is scheduled 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Sat., Nov. 23 through Mon., Nov. 25, at Lindsay Wildlife Museum, 1931 First Ave., Walnut Creek. All proceeds benefit Museum’s animals. Prices range from $3 to $60.
The museum also some truly unique gifts available in the form of once-in-a-lifetime experience with the Museum’s VIPeek Programs. Each program is limited to two people, making it a truly intimate, behind-the-scenes experience. $175/person; $275 for one adult/one child.
During the Keeper Experience, spend two hours with one of the Museum’s animal keepers while meeting with resident animal ambassadors – reptiles, birds and mammals – preparing meals and feeding the animals, creating enrichment activities and even assisting with a public presentation!
Wrap up Eagle Encounter – a great gift for raptor lovers. This two-hour experience includes working with the Museum’s eagle handlers, meeting the resident Golden and Bald Eagles, preparing meals and premium seating for the exhibit hall presentation of “Raptors!”
