SHARE

San Ramon police are investigating a robbery at the Pacific Service Credit Union on Crow Canyon Thursday afternoon. No one was hurt during the theft.

Readers informed NEWS24/680 of a commotion and police response at the bank, 2005 Crow Canyon Pl., at approximately 1:20 p.m.

A Pacific Islander or bi-racial woman in her 30s, wearing a dark blue baseball cap, gloves, and an orange construction vest apparently entered the credit union a few minutes earlier and handed a note demanding cash to a teller, leaving after an undetermined amount of money was handed over.

Local police responded to a call from the credit union and initiated their search for the culprit, but as of this writing we do not believe she had been located.

  1. No self-respecting woman would wear a construction vest to a robbery. Orange vest, dark blue cap? What was she thinking?

  2. It might be a fashion trend…. As earlier in the week a thief dressed in a safety vest walked out of the computer store with the laptop… two days in a row!
